Instructions
- Brew strong coffee in the moka pot and take it off the heat when it starts to sputter. If you use an AeroPress, make a concentrated cup with about ⅓ cup of hot water.
- If you like it sweet, stir the sugar or syrup into the hot coffee until it dissolves.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the cold milk.
- Pour the coffee over the milk and stir.
Tip: pour the hot coffee over the ice slowly, or let it cool for a minute first, to avoid a watery drink. For a stronger flavor, freeze leftover coffee in an ice cube tray and use those cubes.
